REFUND POLICY


We settle all the transactions which were failed or you do not get benefit within 24-48 working hours automatically. There is no need to call or email us for the same. In case you do not get refund within 24-48 hours then you can call us or email us.


Any amount paid for a plan/services are non-refundable in any case. There is no refund on cancellation/suspension/termination of plan/service purchased/used/unused. There is no extra fee on refund/cancellation.


- Amount once paid will not be refunded for successful Transactions which are successfully submitted.

- The loss on this account shall not be borne either by Jyoti Online or by the Banks / API Partners.

- However automatic refund will be made for transactions which are not successful.
